What to expect from your appointment
At the beginning of the session be prepared to pass the information onto Heidi including the first name of those involved. This helps Heidi to clarify the energy and refer to each person or the situation in question quickly and efficiently to maximise your time.
A deposit will have been payable at the time of booking. The balance will be taken after your appointment. There are no additional costs* Heidi will call you at the appointment time.
*Please be respectful of the time allowed and prepare your question area accordingly. Heidi may go over by up to five minutes. If the timing goes well beyond this, you will be charged an additional amount.
Remember, there is no charge for the telephone call for readings, even on international calls, we telephone you.

There are times in life when things really can't wait. If you have booked a priority reading these take place on a first come first served basis and are booked in on Heidi's time off.
All priority reading sessions are 15 minutes only. Please have what you want covered prepared in a clear way in order for Heidi to see the energy properly. If you have become 'hyper' around a situation it is possible this will interfere with the reading so Heidi asks that you have strictly prepared your question on paper prior to your session.
