"A personal example of Heidi's 'psychic' ability:

I asked Heidi about the possibility of my employer permitting my early retirement with a cash benefit. Heidi replied that it would be difficult, I would have to work at it and negotiate, because I had 'something' the Company needed: the financial reward would not be a pension but some sort of payment, and it would be not what I expected.

The initial outcome was my employer's refusal to accept my request to retire early; I asked for a further interview with my senior manager and after half an hour of negotiation, I was surprised to be offered a third option which I had never considered, - to leave early in May 2007 on my normal accrued pension but with an additional approximate 1 year's salary.
